The Half and Half, Black and Tan, Black and Blue, Snake Bite, Blacksmith.  These are all terms used to describe a layed beer blending Guinness® with a unique flavor.

Guinness® has a unique property because their 'draught' use a mix gas blend of 75% argon and 25% carbon dioxide

Revolver Brewing in Granbury, TX makes an unfiltered american wheat ale finished with blood orange peel, Texas honey and spices. This North Texas favorite is called Blood & Honey® and is only regionally available on tap in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroxplex.

Combing different beers with Guinness® has been around for years. This combination with a Texas craft beer we call Black and Bloody is truly unique combining the unfiltered raw flavor of Blood and Honey® with the silky smooth texture of Guinness®.
